Short, because the product is small.

Access is by invitation. Each workspace belongs to one person and is private to them; there is no team plan and no shared workspace. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself, and for anything done through your account.

Nothing. There is no paid tier, no trial that converts, and no card on file. If that ever changes you will be told well before it does, and a workspace already in use will not be switched to a paid plan without an explicit decision from you.

These are design guarantees rather than promises of good behaviour — each one is enforced in the code, and they are the reason the product is safe to point at a live mailbox:

• It never sends email. It writes drafts into your own Gmail account for you to read, edit and send yourself.
• It never changes your calendar. Calendar access is read-only.
• It never makes a decision for you. A model proposes; you accept, correct, or decline. A correction you make always outranks what the system inferred.

Everything you put in. Your opportunities, notes, documents and correspondence are yours; using the product grants no licence to them beyond running the features you asked for. Documents are stored so they can be shown back to you and attached to an application, and for nothing else.

CareerOps is provided as it is, without warranty. It is a personal project running on infrastructure that costs single-digit dollars a month, and it may be unavailable, may lose recently-entered data in a failure, and may change without notice.

Nothing it produces is advice. A priority score, a fit estimate and a drafted reply are all suggestions from a model reading incomplete information. Check anything you are about to act on. To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss arising from using it is limited to nothing, because nothing is what it costs.

You can stop at any time — disconnect the integrations from Settings and email mike@mikemiller.ai to have the workspace deleted. Access may be withdrawn if an account is used to attack the service or to process someone else’s data without their knowledge.
